Age & Opportunity are delighted to offer Changing Gears in Kilkenny this July and August.

Changing Gears is a free, HSE-funded 5-week programme for people aged 50+ to support wellbeing and resilience during life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, or health changes. 

Through weekly 2½-hour sessions, participants reflect on their experiences, build confidence, develop practical coping skills, and explore positive approaches to ageing and change. Attendance at all sessions is required.
