Join creative writing teacher Veronica Casey, for this engaging workshop as part of The Artful Brain dlr series. Veronica will focus on using writing as a tool for self-expression, reflection, and emotional well-being, as she guides participants of all levels in a safe, supportive space.

Come to Graig Library on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6pm. We will be watching a film using the library's free streaming service - Kanopy - and we will have a selection of recommended reads along with them.

Come for the film, the books or both! No need to book, just come along and enjoy all the library has to offer.

We are pleased to introduce a new peer support group for parents and guardians of children with dyslexia. This welcoming and informal group offers a space to share experiences, exchange practical tips, and connect with others who understand the challenges and successes of supporting a child with dyslexia.

The group will meet monthly in Mayfair Library whether you’re looking for advice, reassurance, or simply a listening ear, you are very welcome to join us.

Spanish/English Conversation Exchange takes place every Tuesday evening in The Central Library. No need to book - all welcome! 

First come, first seated.

Anyone who wishes to register for My Open Library must first attend an induction tour. These take place in the library and may take up to 30 minutes. 

You must have a valid Dublin City Libraries card and you must bring a valid age ID (passport, age card etc.)  

You MUST be aged 16 or over to register for this service. A parent or guardian must accompany 16 - 17 year olds to the induction tour and also become an MOL member (each person must book a separate space on the induction tour). 

Under 16s can only access the library during unstaffed hours if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Come along to learn new skills, work on projects or to have relaxed conversations about needle craft. All levels of ability are welcome.
