This is a series of 4 mindfulness workshops on 13th May, 20th May, 3rd June and 10th June 10.30am-11.30am.Participants should be available to attend all four workshops.

This 4-week series is open to anyone who would like to explore mindfulness, whether they have tried it before or not. Each session will involve guided practices, led by Sally Dunne who is trained by The Sanctuary, Dublin and The Mindfulness Assoc. UK. There will also be some gentle mindful movement which can be done seated or standing. Audio recordings will be shared with participants to use between sessions. Establishing a home practice is encouraged so that you can gain as much as possible from this short course.

This is a Healthy Ireland at your library event.

We will have something for everyone (Duplo, Lego, obstacle course, sensory tray) and children can move between zones at their own pace or as part of a group. Optional activities include parachute games, tunnel runs and throwing games.  

 

*Please note, these sessions are for ages 3-12 yrs. There will be small objects so adult supervision is required.
